Volumul de fa\u021b\u0103, \u00een format bilingv, con\u021bin\u00e2nd 190 de pagini \u0219i o ampl\u0103 ilustra\u021bie color, include un prim lot de obiecte restaurate (97 de piese din bronz \u0219i fier) din componen\u021ba celor dou\u0103 depozite din perioada mijlocie a primei epoci a fierului (perioada culturii Basarabi \/ Hallstatt mijlociu) descoperite \u00een anul 2012, prin cercet\u0103ri arheologice preventive \u00een cadrul sitului arheologic T\u0103rt\u0103ria \u2013 Podu T\u0103rt\u0103riei vest<\/em>. \u00cen cuprinsul s\u0103u sunt prezentate date generale despre situl arheologic, contextul specific al descoperirii, dar \u0219i informa\u021bii de sintez\u0103 cu privire la investiga\u021biile pluridisciplinare realizate cu privire la unele dintre aceste obiecte \u00een cadrul unui proiect de cercetare cu finan\u021bare UEFISCDI, derulat \u00een parteneriat de Institutul Na\u021bional de Optoelectronic\u0103 \u2013 INOE 2000 \u0219i Muzeul Na\u021bional de Istorie a Rom\u00e2niei, \u00eentre anii 2014\u20132017. De asemenea, sunt prezentate detaliat cele 97 de bunuri arheologice. Cele dou\u0103 depozite de obiecte din bronz \u0219i fier T\u0103rt\u0103ria I \u0219i T\u0103rt\u0103ria II sunt descoperiri deosebite, at\u00e2t prin contextul depunerii lor, dar \u0219i prin structura lor (diversitate tipologic\u0103 \u2013 arme, unelte, podoabe \u0219i piese de harna\u0219ament, dar \u0219i num\u0103r de obiecte \u2013 cel mai probabil peste 450 \u00een total, o parte fiind \u00eenc\u0103 \u00een curs de restaurare). Restaurarea, investigarea \u0219i cercetarea acestora au oferit noi date preliminare pentru aprofundarea cunoa\u0219terii \u0219i redefinirea seriei de depozite \u201eB\u00e2lv\u0103ne\u0219ti \u2013 Vin\u021b\u201d, orizont de depuneri ce \u00eencheie acest fenoment caracteristic al epocii metalelor, un moment situat \u2013 cel mai probabil \u2013 \u00een perioada sec. IX \u2013 VIII\/VII (?) a. Chr. Acest catalog de colec\u021bie, tip\u0103rit \u00een condi\u021bii grafice deosebite, propune o perspectiv\u0103 nou\u0103 pentru documentarea unor astfel de descoperiri arheologice \u0219i abordarea unei asemenea colec\u021bii muzeale, o prim\u0103 etap\u0103 necesar\u0103 de analiz\u0103 \u0219i studiu \u00een preg\u0103tirea public\u0103rii monografice ulterioare.<\/p>\n

Craft and prestige: the Hallstatt period hoards of bronze and iron objects from T\u0103rt\u0103ria. Documenting a collection (I)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

This volume, in bilingual format of 190 pages and with an extensive colour illustration, includes a first lot of restored objects (97 artefacts of bronze and iron) from the two hoards of the Middle Hallstatt period (middle period of the First Iron Age \/ the period of the Basarabi culture) discovered in 2012, by preventive archaeological excavations, on the site T\u0103rt\u0103ria \u2013 Podu T\u0103rt\u0103riei vest<\/em>. There are presented general data about the archaeological site, the specific context of the discovery, as well as a series of synthesis information about the multidisciplinary investigations made in regard to certain objects of these hoards, in the framework of a research project financed by UEFISCDI, and undertaken in partnership by INOE 2000 \u2013 The National Institute for Optoelectronics and the National History Museum of Romania, in 2014\u20132017. Also, are included detailed presentations of the 97 archaeological objects. The two hoards of bronze and iron objects named T\u0103rt\u0103ria I and T\u0103rt\u0103ria II are significant discoveries, both by the context of their deposition and their structure (typological diversity \u2013 weapons, tools, adornments and harness objects, as well by number \u2013 most probably more than 450 in total, some being still under restoration). The restoration, investigation and research of these archaeological objects provided new preliminary data for a much thorough knowledge and reconsideration about the \u201cB\u00e2lv\u0103ne\u0219ti \u2013 Vin\u021b\u201d series of deposits, a horizon of hoards which ends this characteristic phenomenon of the metals age \u2013 most probably \u2013 during the 9th<\/sup> to the 8th<\/sup>\/7th<\/sup> c. BC. This collection catalogue, printed in very good graphic conditions, aims a new perspective in documenting such archaeological discoveries and organising a museum collection of this kind, a first necessary phase of analysis and study for preparing the future monographic publication.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
